At the Skin & Wellness Centre we offer a range of massage therapies to help you release tension in the body and relax the mind in Falls Church, VA; from Swedish massage and Deep Tissue to Prenatal Massage and Reflexology.

Swedish
This is a standard massage that aids in relaxation, helps reduce stress and promotes circulation. Available in 60 & 90 minute sessions.

90 min – $195
Deep Tissue
Our therapists slowly work through the muscle tissues layer by layer during this massage. This deep tissue massage will target deeper layers of tissue in the body. The amount of pressure used will vary depending on the client and their body’s needs. Our therapist will work directly with you to tailor your massage to treat certain pain areas and relieve tension.

Shiatsu
“Shiatsu”, which means “finger pressure” in Japanese, is a method of massage in which our masseuses perform rhythmic pressure on particular points of the body, commonly referred to as acupressure points.

Prenatal
A prenatal massage is a type of massage that is specifically designed for pregnant women. Prenatal massages can provide many benefits for pregnant women, including relief from tension headaches, back pain, and fatigue. Additionally, prenatal massages can help to improve circulation and promote relaxation. As with all types of massage, it is important to consult with a doctor before undergoing a prenatal massage, especially if you are pregnant for the first time.

Reflexology
Applying varied levels of pressure to your hands, feet, and ears is known as reflexology, often known as ‘zone treatment.’ These body components are supposed to be associated to specific organs and body systems in theory. Reflexology may be beneficial if you are experiencing pain and discomfort as a result of a medical issue.
